He coaches clients from a wide variety of industries including real estate, mortgage lending, financial services, insurance, healthcare, business services, as well as non-profit organizations. Raymond demonstrates a remarkable commitment to the achievement of his clients' objectives and their production of outstanding results. Experience Raymond has lived and worked around the United States, Latin America, and Europe, and speaks Spanish and Portuguese. Raymond has held various positions in sales and customer service oriented businesses. He has worked in the international export department of a Brazilian firm with translations and letters of credit. He has built trading and research relationships in conjunction with an offshore hedge fund netting in hundreds of millions of dollars of transactions. He now brings his diverse background in communications and intercultural work to the profession, coaching committed business people to breakthrough results. Education / Background Raymond holds a B.A. from the University of Arizona in Communications and Political Science with an emphasis in Latin American Studies. He is extensively trained in human growth & development through Anytown, USA and LEC Curricula: Curriculum for Living; Communication Programs; Introduction Leaders Program, and the Wisdom Course. Raymond is formally educated in coaching through the Johnston Consulting Group based in Salinas, California.
